V Restaurant & Wine Bar was opened in September 1997 by the same owners of Gates Restaurant & Bar in New Canaan, Centro Ristorante in Darien, Centro Ristorante in Fairfield and also in Greenwich. The restaurant is one of the few to offer a selection of 21 Wines By The Glass. Dine by the beautifully lit murals painted on the walls. V Restaurant and Wine Bar serves lunch and dinner Monday - Saturday. On Sunday the restaurant is open for Dinner only.
